The Rundu-based Ngato Vocational Training Centre (VTC) has come up with a custom-made, no-touch hand washing device. Ngato VTC Director Fernando John Kaushiwetu says the innovation was born out of the need to continuously seek for solution to the Coronavirus challenge.
