Suspended Fishcor CEO Mike Nghipunya’s case has been temporarily adjourned for the State to make changes or update the charge sheet. He stands accused in the Fishrot fishing quotas scandal involving an Islandic fishing company, Samherji. Nghipunya was the latest to be arrested in the matter, joining the likes of former Justice Minister Sacky Shanghala, former Fisheries Minister Bernhard Esau, Tamson Hatuikulipi, James Hatuikulipi and Ricardo Gustavo. Nghipunya is represented by Milton Engelbrecht and Tabang Phatelo.
