The National Housing Enterprise (NHE) wants to see a win-win situation between the entity, investors and local authorities in ensuring that land is reasonably priced. Speaking at Katima Mulilo during a stakeholders’ meeting over the weekend, it’s Chief Executive Officer, Gisbertus Mukulu said land is sold at high prices, resulting in buyers paying inflated and unaffordable prices.
