The Management of the Namibia Industrial Development Agency (NIDA) has been called to finalised the recognition agreement with Namibia Food and Allied Workers Union (NAFAU). The Minister of Industrialisation, Trade and SME Development, Tjekero Tweya says employees need to know they are protected and represented by a recognised union.
