Double murder suspect, Ernst Litchenstrasser made another court appearance in Swakopmund Magistrate on a separate charge, that of Contravening Section 33 of the Arms and Ammunitions Act. This comes after he was found in possession of ammunition without a license. Lichenstrasse is accused of murdering the Executive Director of the Namibian Institute of Mining and Technology (NIMT) Eckhart Mueller and his deputy, Heimo Hellwig in April last year.
