Health and Social Services Minister Dr Kalumbi Shangula says Namibia’s number of positive Coronavirus cases remains at 16. Dr Shangula has confirmed that 26 people were tested at the Namibia Institute of Pathology yesterday. The Health Minister says 23 of those 26 cases tested negative while three tested positive. Dr Shangula explains that the three positive cases are part of the 16 confirmed cases that were tested again. He points out that these are not new cases. He reiterates his call on Namibians to obey and cooperate with authorities in the fight against COVID-19. He was speaking on NBC’s TV Current Affairs breakfast show, Good Morning Namibia this morning.
