Minster of Health, Dr Bernard Haufiku says there is no trust between him and the Permanent Secretary of his ministry, Dr Andreas Mwoombola. President Hage Geingob, before the last Cabinet meeting of the year on Tuesday said personal clashes between minister Haufiku and PS Mwoombola are affecting the ministry’s progress and suggested that one of them should go to improve operations in the ministry.
