The Namibia Standards Institute’s (NSI) chief executive officer, Chie Wasserfall called on people to refrain from using different chemicals to make home-made hand sanitisers, as it could lead to chemical poisoning. The NSI deals with analysing the standardisation of sanitisers that are being used to fight COVID-19. She was speaking at the COVID-19 Communication Centre this afternoon.
