The Okakarara Constituency Councillor, Vetaruhe Kandorozu has encouraged communities hit hard by the drought to harvest rainwater. Kandorozu told NBC News that the Constituency office allocated N$45 000 to fence off some earth dams at some villages in Okakarara.
