Over 100 drought-stricken farmers from Okashana grazing area in Oshikoto Region have called on President Hage Geingob to allocate funds for four water points for their cattle. The farmers made the desperate plea to the Head of State at Omutwewondjaba village in the Oshikoto Region during his drought assessment visit there.
