Namibia’s Omaheke Region and Matabeleland North Province in Zimbabwe have signed a twinning agreement to explore avenues for cooperation. Omaheke Governor Festus Ueitele was on an official trip to Zimbabwe following a recent trip by his counterpart Richard Moyo to Omaheke in July this year.
