A woman who attempted to vote twice in the Oshikoto Region was granted N$500 bail in the Ondangwa Magistrate’s Court. This report compiled by MICT’s Josephina Washindange. Forty-eight-year-old Hilma Nahambo was arrested after attempting to cast her vote twice during yesterday’s polls. The incident happened at around 11h00 at the Omuntele Community Hall in Omuntele constituency. The suspect was charged with contravening the Electoral Act. Her next appearance is on 13 May 2020.
