The Omukwaniilwa of the Ongandjera Traditional Authority has urged communal farmers in northern Namibia to stay away from alcohol outlets and capitalise on the good showers received in the area. Many parts of northern Namibia have received good rainfall and many subsistence farmers have already stated with cultivation.
