Opposition parties have pulled out from the planned Electoral Commission of Namibia’s Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) hacking exercise, saying the machines’ guidelines restrict them from carrying out any tests. Political parties would try out or test whether the EVMs can be tampered with or not on 13 August.
