Premier Electric and Oshakati Town Council held a groundbreaking ceremony for the electrification of surrounding villages. Oshakati Premier Electric started with a rural electrification initiative in 2001 when it commissioned its master plan to electrify peri-urban areas within the borders of Oshakati.
