Oshakati open market vendors took to the street on Tuesday demanding that the Oshakati Town Council reduce what they called exorbitant monthly rental fees. In January, the Oshakati Town Council increased rental fees at the town’s open market to N$40 for small stalls and N$600 for the more upscale ones.
