The Oshana Regional Council has handed over toilet facilities to needy households in its rural areas to address the challenge of sanitation. The Ondangwa Urban Constituency Councillor, Leonard Negonga could not wait since taking office three months ago to hand over five toilets to as many households covering Oshitayi and Ontanga villages.
