The Oukwanyama Traditional Authority (OTA) has warned a group of 21 people from Ohakafiya village in the Ohangwena Region to stop appointing villagers into positions and allocating them land in the area. The traditional authority in 2017 won a court case against the group who were ordered by the High Court to pay the legal costs.
