Over 60% of men and women say sexual harassment at work is a reality and female workers mostly are the victims. This is according to a report released by the Ministry of Labour, Industrial Relations and Employment Creation. The Government now wants to adopt international labour standards in an effort to stop violence and harassment in the workplace.
