Members of parliament described the death of Hidipo Hamutenya as a great loss, not only to his family, but to the entire Namibia. Speaking to NBC News on the periphery of the parliamentary proceedings, lawmakers said the late Hamutenya was a true stalwart who devoted his entire life to the liberation of Namibia.
