The Popular Democratic Movement (PDM) is confident of retaining the Opuwo Rural Constituency in next Monday’s by-election. PDM secretary-general, Manuel Ngaringombe says the party has done a lot in terms of developing the constituency despite financial constraints. The party held its campaign rally at Ongongo village.
