The Popular Democratic Movement (PDM) extraordinary congress has endorsed a decision by the central committee to extend the tenure of its incumbent leadership until March next year. The PDM was supposed to have convened a congress by July this year to appoint new leaders, before the current leadership’s term of office expired in September this year.
