People living in urban areas are encouraged to start vegetable and fruit gardens in their yards. The call was made by the Chief Executive Officer of the Development Bank of Namibia, Martin Inkumbi at the handing over of a N$50 000 donation to the Hope Village Veggie Tunnel project.
