The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) says it faces many logistical challenges when Namibians vote outside the consituency where they are registered in. Some of the logistic challenges are that mobile teams are forced to overstay at one place than scheduled, delaying the voting process at the next point. This also causes a number of voters outnumbering registered voters in a given constituency, which the electorate question.
