Prime Minister Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila has assured small and medium enterprises (SMEs) that government will honour its commitment to reserve some public tenders for SMEs under the Public Procurement Act. The Premier’s speech was read on her behalf by the Swakopmund Deputy Mayor Maria Elago at the Swakopmund mini expo.
