Prime Minister Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila has urged traditional authorities to support the drive to educate the youth, as it opens many windows of opportunity for them. Kuugongelwa-Amadhila was speaking at the annual Batsara Cultural Festival of the Mayeyi tribe at Sangwali in the Zambezi Region.
