President Hage Geingob announced that the second National Land Conference will take place from 1 to 5 October 2018. President Geingob made the announcement during Heroes’ Day commemorations in Nkurenkuru on Sunday. The President rubbished talks that most stakeholders were not invited to the Land Conference. He said, “We did invite people but even if they are invited they do not come.” Geingob urged all Namibians to participate in the land conference. He emphasised that the nation have to correct the wrong in order to restore the dignity of all Namibians. The President said the conference will take place in a transparent and inclusive manner.
