President Hage Geingob has extended an apology to the people of Zimbabwe for the recent killing of Zimbabwe national by a member of the Namibian Defence Force in Windhoek last month. Talent Fambaune, a taxi driver, was killed during a joint operation between the Namibian Police and Namibian Defence Force.
