President Hage Geingob has once again appealed to motorists to stop speeding on the country’s national roads, including drivers of VIP motorcades. Expressing well-wishes and recovery to the Deputy Prime Minister, Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah and her driver, and condolences to those who died in the car accident on Thursday, Dr Geingob said speed remains the biggest concern.
