President Hage Geingob appealed to the SADC Double Troika to assist in ensuring an atmosphere that will put an end to conflict and instability in the DRC. The SADC Chairperson, who was speaking at the SADC Double Troika Summit in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, said the people of DRC’s security and socio-economic aspirations should remain paramount.
