President Hage Geingob fears that without technology and immersion in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, Africa will lag behind the rest of the world. Speaking during the memorial lecture in honour of Kenyan Professor, Calestous Juma, Geingob said Africa needs innovative thinkers to provide ideas.
