A public hearing on Genocide Remembrance day ended in chaos in Windhoek. The Parliamentary Standing Committee on Constitutional and Legal Affairs embarked on a countrywide public hearings in order to obtain views and suggestions from the public on whether 28 May be declared Genocide Remembrance Day.
