The public and private sectors must do more to foster an enabling business environment for persons with disabilities. This was said by Disability Affairs Deputy Minister Alexia Manombe-Ncube while officiating at the National Disability Council’s sixth graduation of its entrepreneurship training programme in Windhoek.
