The registration and nomination of candidates for the Opuwo Rural Constituency by-election, slated for 9 March this year, has started. The exercise ends on 29 January. Supplementary registration supervisor and assistance regional coordinator, Mike Nganjone has confirmed to NAMPA that the nomination of independent candidates is due on 27 January while for political parties will run until 29 January.
