Residents of the Oshituya village in the Okankolo Constituency in the Oshikoto Region are busy excavating an earth dam in order to harvest rain water. Okankolo constituency is one of the most affected areas by the recent drought which crippled Namibia and resulted in a shortage of water for both animals and human consumption.
