The Evangelical Lutheran Church in the Republic of Namibia (ELCRN) today consecrated Reverend Sageus |Keib as its fourth Bishop at a service at Okahandja. The consecration service, witnessed by thousands of congregates took place at the Betesda Parish at Okahandja.
