SWAPO has introduced Ritha Sindjanga as its candidate for the Ncuncuni Constituency upcoming by-election in Kavango West. The by-election was necessitated by the death of Ncuncuni Constituency Councillor and parliamentarian, Rosa Kavara, in January this year.
