Reports have emerged that the presidents of Rwanda, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Malawi will not attend the World Economic Forum (WEF) on Africa in Cape Town over violent protests, attacks on foreign nationals as well as looting and burning of small businesses. However, South Africa’s Department of International Relations and Co-operation denied the reports.
