SADC countries have been urged to implement policies aimed at transforming their economies as the world is faced with slow economic growth and high unemployment. This call was made by the Executive Director in the Ministry of Higher Education, Training and Innovation Dr Alfred van Kent at the opening of SADC senior officials meeting responsible for Education, Science and Technology.
