The SADC Executive Secretary, Dr Stergomena Lawrence Tax said the regional body has introduced a multi-currency settlement system. Under this system, the US dollar will now be an additional currency of settlement besides the South Africa Rand. Tax said this at the official opening of the SADC Council of Ministers on Wednesday.
