Vice President Nangolo Mbumba says internet connectivity is closely associated with economic productivity, and Namibia cannot afford to miss out or lag behind. Mbumba’s speech was read on his behalf by ICT Minister Stanley Simataa at the opening of the 6th National ICT Summit in Windhoek.
