Erongo Governor Cleophas Mutjavikua is engaging the US government to consider giving grants to fund housing projects. Mutjavikua said this when he delivered his state of the region address (SORA) at Swakopmund. Housing and land delivery, recurrent drought and water shortage are among the top challenges Mutjavikua highlighted in his address.
