Namibia’s agreement with the South African electricity utility Eskom, will not be affected by a shortage of power faced in that country. Eskom, dealing with charges of mismanaged operations and funds, and responsible for constant load shedding in South Africa, has many Namibians fearing a ripple effect that reaches home. South Africa is Namibia’s main electricity supplier.
