South Sudanese, Livestock and Fisheries Minister, James Janka Duku has expressed his satisfaction with the extensive knowledge and expertise gained from the Livestock Identification and Traceability System (NamLits). The system has the ability to unlock the agricultural potential of many African nations if emulated, says Duku.
