Swapo Party Youth League (SPYL), is dismayed over the construction of a new office building of the Namibia Students Financial Assistance Fund (NSFAF) The youth league says this money was meant to pay for student fees studying at various institutions. However, NSFAF says the funds used for the construction was allocated under its capital projects budget.
