Traffic between Windhoek and Okahandja was brought to a stand still after children of the liberation struggle blocked the road with objects. The more than three hundred struggle kids have been living at the Ndilimani Cultural farm in Brakwater since 2015 after they were relocated there from the Swapo headquarters in Windhoek.
