Students at the Windhoek Vocational Training Centre (WVTC), who cannot afford to make cash payments, will now be allowed to register. This follows a meeting between the Namibian National Students Organisation (NANSO) and the WVTC. NANSO says WVTC management used to send away students who could not pay in cash.
