A study conducted by the Ministry of Education, in collaboration with UNICEF, indicates that the positive attitude of principals and teachers contribute to better performing schools. The study which was conducted in the //Karas, Khomas, Erongo, Oshikoto and Zambezi regions, was aimed at establishing why some schools perform better than others.
