The Students Union of Namibia (SUN) wants the Ministry of Education, Arts and Culture to increase the Universal Primary Education Fund for learners by 160%. Currently, the ministry allocates N$250 per learner at primary level and N$350 per learner, for the secondary level. The union made this call during a media briefing in Windhoek.
