The Supreme Court has dismissed an appeal by the State against the discharge and acquittal of former Supreme Court Judge Pio Teek. Judge Baaitse Nkabinde ruled that High Court Judge Ronnie Bosielo made the correct decision to acquit Teek, on eight charges, ranging from rape, kidnapping, and indecent assault of minors.
